All eye care professionals participating in the Cigna Routine Vision Network undergo a review of their qualifications in accordance with Cigna's credentialing requirements, including education and training, licensure status, current professional liability insurance and malpractice history. We use a variety of resources including Geographic Access Reports and input from our market teams.
