Justine should be worried about those prisoners escaping.If you take the best ending of Justine as canon, since it is the 100% completed ending then Justine is probably screwed. Even in the bad endings, the Shadow presumable keeps Daniel with them in their dimension so they can never leave their presence perhaps the Shadow wants to possess Daniel's body as a plan-b of sorts and thus hold him to make this easier to attain, which might provide the shadow a suitable "disguise" for multiple uses.
